A Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist has passed a certification exam given by US Probate Services.org.
I can help guide you through the probate process and explain the timeline and what the Executor's duties are during this process.
I can help set up inspections, contractors, lawn maintenance and estate sales.
My mission is to help you get the property sold with the least amount of stress possible, during this time when one might be overwhelmed.
